Here’s how to get started:
- Identify Your Service Area: Enter your suburb or postcode in the field to confirm we service your area. We’re constantly expanding our reach to bring reliable skip bin services to communities far and wide.
- Fill Out the Form: Once you’ve confirmed we can reach you, it’s time to give us the details. Tell us about the type of waste, the size of the bin you need, and when you need it. If you’re not sure what you need, or want a bin for more than 3 days our Customer Care team are ready to help you . Call on 0400 557 927.
- Book Your Bin: After filling out the form. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your booking details, You will then receive a second email or a call confirming that the job is booked as requested.
- Bin Payment: Payment for your bin is due prior to delivery. You can pay Cash to the driver, or you can pay by Bank Transfer or we can include a credit card payment link on your invoice.

Waste Types
Light General Waste includes a wide range of non-hazardous materials such as clothes, toys, furniture, steel, electronics (computers, TVs, printers), power tools, generators, white goods (appliances), roofing iron and metal car parts without tyres. It also covers items like push bikes, highchairs, kitchenware, curtains, car rims (excluding tyres), and green waste (excluding dirt). This category is designed for mixed waste types commonly found in household and general business clean-ups, making it versatile for various disposal needs.
Medium Builders Waste is a versatile category designed to accommodate a broader and more varied range of materials compared to heavy builders waste, making it ideal for projects that generate a mix of items. This category includes all types of General waste, it can contain construction materials like timber, plaster, small amounts of glass, stumps, carpet, & underlay. Medium Builders Waste is particularly suitable for clean-ups that involve a combination of household decluttering and minor renovation projects, offering a flexible and cost-effective disposal option.
Heavy Builders waste encompasses a comprehensive range of materials resulting from construction, renovation, and demolition activities. Alongside general waste items described above, heavy builders waste specifically includes construction-related debris like timber, glass, plaster, carpet, and also heavy waste such as concrete, tiles, bricks, asphalt, clay, large amounts of glass and minimal dirt. This category is tailored for construction and renovation projects where you don’t have time to sort your waste.
Concrete Only Waste is a highly specific waste category, exclusively reserved for materials like concrete, tiles and bricks. This category strictly prohibits the inclusion of any General waste or Builders waste . Ideal for projects involving demolition or construction that generate significant quantities of these heavy materials. It can be used alongside a Light or Medium Waste bin to make your clean up more cost effective as you are helping to sort and divert the heavy waste from landfill or labour intensive sorting.
Green Only Waste is a specialized category designed for the disposal of Green Waste, including branches, leaves, shrubs, grass cuttings(excluding soil), small stumps which are materials typically generated from landscaping, and garden clean ups . This category is strictly limited to green waste, which means it must NOT contain any other types of waste, such as general household items, builders waste, or hard construction materials like concrete, bricks, and tiles.
